LPI Linux Administration I

I. MỤC TIÊU KHÓA HỌC

Sau khi hoàn tất khóa học, học viên sẽ có khả năng:

• Hiểu được cấu trúc của một hệ thống Linux
• Cài đặt và bảo trì máy trạm Linux (Linux workstation) bao gồm X11 và thiết lập nó như một máy khách trong mạng (network client)
• Làm việc với các dòng lệnh Linux bao gồm các dòng lệnh GNU và Unix
• Xử lý các tập tin, phân quyền truy cập cũng như bảo mật hệ thống
• Thực hiện bảo trì các tác vụ đơn giản như: help users, add users vào hệ thống lớn hơn, sao lưu và phục hồi dữ liệu, tắt máy và khởi động lại máy (reboot)

• Khóa học dành cho những ai có trách nhiệm cung cấp các dịch vụ cài đặt cơ bản, vận hành và khắc phục sự cố trên máy trạm và máy chủ Linux.
• Những cá nhân muốn tìm hiểu về Linux hoặc cần trang bị kiến thức để thi lấy CCQT Linux LPI 1

HỌC PHẦN 1 – LPI 101

Module 1: System Architecture

• Determine and configure hardware settings
• Boot the system
• Change runlevels / boot targets and shutdown or reboot system

Module 2: Linux Installation and Package Management

• Design hard disk layout
• Install a boot manager
• Manage shared libraries
• Use Debian package management
• Use RPM and YUM package management

Module 3: GNU and Unix Command

• Work on the command line
• Process text streams using filters
• Perform basic file management
• Use streams, pipes and redirects
• Create, monitor and kill processes
• Modify process execution priorities
• Search text files using regular expressions
• Perform basic file editing operations using vi

Module 4: Devices, Linux Filesystems, Filesystem Hierarchy Standard

• Create partitions and filesystems
• Maintain the integrity of filesystems
• Control mounting and unmounting of filesystems
• Manage disk quotas
• Manage file permissions and ownership
• Create and change hard and symbolic links

• Find system files and place files in the correct location

Module 9: Networking Fundamentals

Module 10: Security
